I am a wife of 27 years, a mom to two young adult sons, a teacher and a much loved Daughter of God. I own and love two Westies, Maggie and Ellie. They are a constant source of companionship and entertainment! I have been creating artwork all my life. I enjoy collage, painting, and bookmaking. I really enjoy rubber stamping and paper arts. I help lead a Beth Moore Bible study for ladies in all stages of their spiritual journey. This blog is called "Transformations" because God has done such an amazing job of taking the mess of my life and transforming it into a thing of joy and beauty. In my small way, I take common things like paper, ink, and every day objects and transform them into small things of beauty that, hopefully, bring happiness to others.
"Creativity is a celebration of one's grandeur, one's sense of making anything possible. Creativity is a celebration of life - my celebration of life. It is a bold statement: I am here! I love life! I love me! I can do anything!"Joseph Zinker, therapist, painter, sculptor, poet...
